Formally Trained Watchmakers
Our lead watchmaker trained in Switzerland and has spent fifteen years working on mechanical calibers from the full range of Swiss, German, and Japanese makers. This isn't hobbyist knowledge — it's a trade learnt under proper instruction.
Instrumented Process
We use ultrasonic cleaning baths, timing machines, and binocular loupes at each stage — not as promotional claims, but as standard workshop equipment. The process is systematic, not improvised.
Owner Communication
We contact you before undertaking any irreversible work, particularly on antique pieces. You know what we found and what we propose before anything is done. No surprises on collection.
Written Condition Reports
Every restoration comes with a written report describing the movement's condition on arrival, the work performed, and the timing results achieved. This is documentation you keep with the watch.
Stated Pricing
Our service prices are listed clearly. Mechanical movement restoration is ฿28,500. Crystal replacement and case polishing is ฿4,200. Antique pocket watch work begins at ฿32,000. No hidden costs after the fact.
Six-Month Service Period
Movement restoration services include a six-month service period covering our workmanship. If a timing issue develops within that window as a result of the work, we address it at no additional cost.
Professional Expertise
Watchmaking is a narrow discipline. The skills required to disassemble a complex automatic movement, diagnose the cause of an erratic rate, and return it to accurate function take years to develop and require specific tooling. Our team has those skills and that equipment — obtained through formal training, not trial and error.

Equipment and Process
Good intentions without proper equipment produce inconsistent results. We invest in the same instruments used by manufacturer service centres: ultrasonic baths, timing computers, pressure testers for water resistance, and microscopy for fine component work. The process is documented so you know what happened at each stage.
